As a Project Manager for Habitats, Inc, Heather wrote and secured a grant from the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board for the Tiara Stormwater Management Demonstration Home, the first permitted residential green roof in the City of Eugene. Heather managed the grant implementation, developed communication materials, and organized community outreach events to promote this innovative project with the community.
