While as a Manager of the Green Futures Lab, Heather Flint was part of the project team to develop a 100-year green infrastructure plan for the City of Lake Forest Park. The project included working closely with the City of Lake Forest Park and a consulting team including Jones and Jones, and SVR. Heather helped plan, develop and implement a public engagement process included multiple events including a “visioning festival” to gather community input, a Green Legacy design charrette to engage the public in identifying important places to preserve or enhance, and a public forum to prioritize projects for funding and implementation. Heather also contributed detailed analysis of participant survey results to highlight key community priorities for future planning. Read the Final Report.
